You might have come across many hi-fi complex mosfet amplifier designs, but might have not dared making it just because of the above reasons.<br />
The simple mosfet amplifier circuit diagram is super simple to build and yet will provide you with a crystal clear 100 watts of raw music power that all the listeners will cherish for a long time.<br />
The idea was developed a long time ago by the Hitachi researchers and still it remains one of the favorite designs of all time considering the involved simplicity against quality.<br />
Looking at the figure we can understand the circuit with the following points:<br />
The involved simplicity would also certainly mean that some of the ideal features of the circuit was sacrificed in the design, for example it lacks a constant current source for the differential amplifier at the input stage of the amplifier.<br />
However that doesn't induce any serious problems though.<br />
The differential amplifier makes sure that the input is sufficiently amplified to some reasonable levels suitable for feeding the next driver stage.<br />
The driver stage consists of a well balanced high voltage transistor stage which are necessarily positioned for driving the output power mosfets.<br />
The pot positioned in between the two sections of the driver stage is used for setting the quiescent current of the circuit.<br />
The output stage is a common push pull type of mosfet stage which finally provides the boost for amplifying the fed low signal music into a 100 watt thumping music over a 8 Ohm speaker.<br />
The shown parts might be obsolete today so may be replaced as follows:<br />

The driver transistors may be replaced with MJE350/MJE340.<br />

This is a design schematic Class A power amplifier . This is a close as possible in operating parameter the Under Classes is class B , to aid comparison ; in particular the NFB factor remains 30dB at 20 kHz. The front end is similiar to class B amplifier. This circuit uses a standart quasi output. This may be replaced by a CFP stage without problems. In both cases the distortion is extremely low, but gratifyingly the CFP proves even better than quasi , confirming the simulation results for output stages in isolation.<br />
About Class-A amplifier , in this class is the highest class from another class. Classes below begin from AB to Class S. In a Class-A amplifi er current fl ows continuously in all the output devices, which enables the nonlinearities of turning them on and off to be avoided. They come in two rather different kinds, although this is rarely explicitly stated, which work in very different ways. The fi rst kind is simply a Class-B stage (i.e. two emitter-followers working back to back) with the bias voltage increased so that suffi cient current fl ows for neither device to cut off under normal loading.<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a> The great advantage of this approach is that it cannot abruptly run out of output current; if the load impedance becomes lower than specifi ed then the amplifi er simply takes brief excursions into Class-AB, hopefully with a modest increase in distortion and no seriously audible distress.<br />

The operation of current regulator TR13 , TR15 , TR 16 has already been described. The reference used is a National LM385/1.2 Its output voltage is fixed at 1.233 V nominal ; this is reduced approximately 0.6V by 1k - 1k divider . The circuit is the best for me , because is loudly , and does not vibrate the speakers leaves , softly sound , and low noise . And i like it .,., :) </div>

The circuit is based on the 15W BTL X 2 channel audio power amplifier IC TA8215 from Toshiba. Even though chip is specifically designed for car audio applications it can be also used for home audio applications. Two TA8215 ICs are used here in order to obtain a 4 channel amplifier system. The circuit is designed almost exactly as per the application diagram in the ICs datasheet. Pins 7 and 19 are the Vcc pins of the ICs internal integrated power amplifier stages and these pins are connected to the positive supply. Pin 9 is the Vcc pin for ICs internal preamplifier and it is also connected to the positive supply. Pins 13 and 14 are the internal power amplifiers ground pins and they are tied together and connected to the ground.<br />
<br />
The internal preamplifier’s ground pin (pin5) is connected to the common ground through a 10 Ohm resistor which makes the input ground separated from the common ground by a resistance of 10 ohms and this improves the noise rejection. The 100uF capacitor works as a power supply de-coupler. The resistor networks connected to the output lines of each amplifier improves the high frequency stability. The variable resistors (R3, R4, R12 and R13) works as the volume controller for the corresponding channels.<br />

Assembling the circuit on a good quality PCB is a must for obtaining optimum sound quality.<br />
Use 12V DC for powering the circuit.<br />
The ICs must be fitted with adequately sized heat sinks.<br />
R3, R4, R12 and R13 serves as volume controllers.<br />
K1 to K4 can be 4 Ohm, 20W speakers.<br />
